Content reports filed against publicly-published scenes via the in-page Report this scene button on /s/<sceneId>. Reports are anonymous by design - the optional reporter email is for admin follow-up only and is never disclosed to the scene owner. Pending reports are sorted oldest-first because abuse reports compound; the oldest are highest priority.
